My professional work spans corporate and commercial negotiation, business alliances, property investment and development, off-court arrangements, project financing, land and urban processes, construction commitments, risk coverage structures, and project management. I have also worked with emerging and singular asset classes, including digital assets, securitisation, title issuance and art-related investment and advisory matters.
